Today I had an epiphany. It's not the phone that sucks it's the users. I've talked to lots of people that say "I've had problems with this device since day one. " I myself had the same phone and had no issues. So today I've realized most of the issues I hear about are user error and most won't admit it's not the device that is inadequate but them.
